It’s no secret the fashion industry has a sustainability problem. Major brands continue to overproduce, resulting in staggering waste. In fact, an estimated 21% of produced textiles remain unsold, contributing to pollution and landfill overflow. At Coral Cove, we’re committed to doing things differently.

Thoughtful Production

We work with on-demand suppliers, meaning we only produce items once you place an order. This helps us significantly reduce overproduction and avoid unnecessary textile waste. Every product is made specifically for you! No stockpiles, no mass production, just intentional design and mindful manufacturing.

Eco-Conscious Printing & Materials

Many of our designs are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology, which applies ink directly to fabric, much like printing on paper. We use Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and consume less energy than traditional printing equipment lowering our carbon footprint with every item. Our inks are water-based, vegan, and Oeko-Tex™ certified, meaning they’re free of harmful chemicals and safe for all.

For embroidered products, we use 100% recycled polyester threads, also Oeko-Tex™ certified. Not only is embroidery highly durable, but it also generates less waste compared to other methods.

Sustainable Materials

Our eco-friendly product collection features items made from at least 70% organic or recycled materials or a blend of both. We verify the material content through trusted certifications like GOTS, OCS, GRS, and RCS for apparel, and Ecocert COSMOS for natural beauty products. Every detail is carefully considered to align with our sustainability values.

Packaging with Purpose

All apparel orders from Coral Cove are shipped in packaging made from post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. Depending on the fulfillment location, our packaging contains at least 70% PCR content. It protects your gear just as well as new plastic, but with a far lighter impact on our planet.
