Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you're located, your Coral Cove favorites can be delivered straight to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are delivered within 7–12 business days worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders:
USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand: $9.99
All other international destinations: $19.99
No matter what you order, your rate stays the same. Simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us at Info@coralcove.eu as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to you.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at Info@coralcove.eu with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send back your item.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! If your size doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Do you offer free returns?
At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
